Everything was amazing all around. The customer service was on point. One of the workers Kathy was on point, she checked up on us and she just was amazing. The food was great really spicy but that’s the experience we went for when we got the roulette. If I could give ten stars I would.
Our favorite Nashville style Halal chicken . We come here often to get our fast food craving fixed. The prices are on a higher side for a fast food. The customer service is good and the place is spacious. They have a drive through as well . They recently introduced chicken bites which are perfect for young kiddos. They have halal certification on display as well.
We drove to Orange County for my daughter's birthday and she wanted Dave's Hot Chicken after she had tried it at a Cal State LA event. She liked the chicken so much that she wanted me to try it. Well, it was delicious! The chicken tenders are full of flavor, crispy, and it has the right amount of heat. I chose the mild, and next time I will venture to try the medium heat. Loved the atmosphere and the team was very polite. I feel that the employees enjoy working there, so they make me feel welcome.
The cashiers here always do a great job — they’re friendly, fast, and make sure everything comes out right. Every time I’ve come, the service from the front staff has been great. However, I’ve noticed the manager can be a bit rude to the employees during my visits. It’s not right to treat hardworking staff that way, especially when they’re doing such a good job keeping customers happy. Big respect to the cashiers for keeping a positive attitude despite that — they really make the experience great here.

Dave’s Hot Chicken is SO good! The chicken is super crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I love that they have different spice levels so you can go from mild to crazy hot depending on your mood. The Staff(Mohammad) is Friendly and Kind. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something tasty!
I almost never leave reviews at restaurants I visit, but today I am and that’s thanks to Austin H. Austin did an absolute PHENOMENAL JOB!!! Extremely professional, thorough in explaining menu items, and very friendly. He also repeated our order back perfectly and recommended the Mac and Cheese, and I had already tried it once and didn’t like it too much BUT his incredible attitude SOLD me on it and I decided to give it another try. I’ve been to this location plenty of times and nobody else has ever gone the extra mile the way he did tonight 03/03/26. THIS is the kind of person who deserves a raise, this is the kind of person who you know will go places!! Their friendly and upbeat demeanor will take them far in this world!! Please be sure to show him appreciation because my FIVE STAR review is thanks to him! Thank you again, Austin!
My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this Dave’s hot chicken location! It was our first time trying this place and we were happy we came, the food was absolutely delicious! Enrique took our order, he was very friendly and helpful for ordering here for our first time. He recommended trying one piece of the reaper chicken, as my wife and I love spicy food, especially my wife who is Mexican and is used to eating spicy food. My wife and I enjoyed the reaper chicken tender!! My wife ate the whole thing! 10/10. Thank you Enrique for your service!!
Best food ever, no matter what you order, it’s always good. Moe made my day. i will definitely come back at some point. Came back again, Arad and George made my day too. made my food and smiled, i didnt know the employees punish their bosses for not greeting the customers. im very happy
The customer service here really stood out. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to walk into a place where people actually take pride in how they treat customers.
